· The downstairs 2 bedroom/1 bath unit sleeps up to 7 people.

· The upstairs 3 bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps up to 8 people.

· Generally a full week’s stay is required. In low season, &/or depending upon availability, shorter stays may be considered.

· Pets are NOT allowed in the duplex. Smoking is NOT allowed in the duplex. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

· Parties &/or weddings are not permitted. We allow only the registered guests on the property.

· Kitchens have basic utensils, dishware, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, & refrigerator.

· Damage deposit of $500 per unit is required at check in, and is refundable at check out.

· Check In: 3:00 pm

· Check Out: 11:00 am

· Use of pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised. Jacuzzi is NOT heated.
