May 16 - Turtle Days - TheLighting of the Tiki Torches - The
reigning King & Queen Sargassum (along with their court of
kayakers) will paddle the entire length of the island lighting
tiki torches along the bay culminating in a party at Pam Street
Pier. Break out the Hawaiian duds and get ready for summer!

Enjoy our
beautiful island of South Padre & our beaches from our newly
remodeled duplex at Red Snapper on South Padre Island, Texas.
Just a short walk
to the beach, & close to EVERYTHING, The Duplex can be your new
place to get away to the beach. It is fully furnished, including
linens & towels.
Bring your surf
boards, kayaks, bicycles, & fishing gear. You can pick up just
about anything else you need during your stay from the nearby
grocery. Restaurants, bars, go-karts, shopping - just about
anything are all just a short walk away.
Its perfect for
multiple families. The upper unit is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, &
sleeps up to 8 people. The lower unit is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath, &
sleeps up to 7 people.
Grand total: 15
including all adults & children & babies
Each unit has its
own new efficient Central Air.
The large
backyard pool is shared by both units. There is also a Jacuzzi,
but its not heated.
The 3-bedroom is
upstairs. The Master has a King bed & its own bathroom. The
second bedroom has a Queen bed, & the third bedroom has twin bunk
beds. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa. There is a stack
washer/dryer, & even a dishwasher!
The 2-bedroom is
downstairs. The Master has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a
full/twin bunk bed. There is one large bathroom, & a stack
washer/dryer. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.

Generally a full weeks stay is required. In low season, &/or depending
upon availability, shorter stays may be considered.

Pets are NOT allowed in the duplex. Smoking is NOT
allowed in the duplex.
If you choose to smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarette butts
properly.

Parties &/or weddings are not permitted. We allow only the registered
guests on the property.

Kitchens have basic utensils, dishware, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave,
stove, & refrigerator.

Damage deposit of $500 per unit is required at check in, and is
refundable at check out.

Use of pool is at your own risk. Children must be
supervised. Jacuzzi is NOT heated.
