- Three units are 2-bedroom / 1-bath. There is a Queen bed in the 1st
bedroom, and a Full bed in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a Queen sofa
sleeper in the living area. One
unit is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath. Each unit
sleeps a maximum of 6 persons.
- Generally a 4-night stay is
required. In low season, &/or
depending upon availability, shorter stays may be considered.
- Sand ‘n’ Sea is Pet Friendly. Smoking is NOT allowed. If you choose to smoke outdoors, please
dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
- Parties &/or weddings are
not permitted. We allow only the
registered guests on the property.
- Kitchens have basic utensils,
dishware, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, & refrigerator.
- Damage deposit of $250 is
required at check in, and is refundable at check out. Credit Card Authorization is acceptable
for damage deposit.
